To take into account that the Warp Storm was on the edge of the system far from the planets themselves makes this even more ridiculous.
It always bothered me how most of the factions could arrive on solar system of Kaurava with Warp Storm being around, yet for the same reason they couldn't travel via space anymore for mysterious reasons. In short, it makes it possible to travel from any territory on any planet with the exception of strongholds which you have to travel to by ground due to heavy anti-aircraft defense and game balance reasons. Soulstorm - Interstellar Travel is a Soulstorm single player campaign mod which allows interstellar travel via meta map campaign menu.
